Registration Information

Register by May 9th and Save $5 plus be guaranteed a T-shirt.

Form a team, join a team, or simply walk in general support of all our Buddies.

Ask family, friends, and co-workers to support you or your team by making a donation to the Buddy Walk. Go to Donate to make a donation online.

Teams of any size can be formed.

» The person registering the team will be identified as the Team Captain.
» Team Captains will have the option to create a personalized team page.

To Register Online go to the Online Registration Form and follow the instructions.

» Payments can be made by credit card, check or cash.

To Register by Mail open the Brochure and print the registration form on page 2.

To Register at the Buddy Walk open the Brochure and print the registration form on page 2.

» Please bring a completed registration form and payment to the registration tent.
» T-shirts will be provided on a first come first served basis while supplies last.

Donations

All donations collected may be entered online, mailed in, or turned in at the Buddy Walk. To be eligible for the Trip to Boston, donations must be received by June 1.
