Join us to celebrate Delaware children with Down syndrome who will be on the big screen in Times Square!
Numerous children from Delaware were selected in a National Down Syndrome Society contest to be displayed on the Jumbotron in Times Square on Saturday, September 15th. The Down Syndrome Association of Delaware is sponsoring a bus trip to NYC on the day of the video.
The bus is air conditioned and has a bathroom on board. The DSA of DE will be playing a child friendly movie on the way there/the way back. Each ticket is $10 per person/roundtrip. The bus is limited to 55 seats. We anticipate the spots filling up quickly so make sure to reserve your family’s spot ASAP.
We will depart at 5:30am from the Newark 273/Route 7 Park n Ride on Saturday, September 15th. The bus will bring us right to Times Square by 8:30am. The video will start between 9am and 10am, exact time to be determined. Later in the day, we will meet the bus at a TBD location near Times Square in NYC to depart by 6pm. The bus will return to the Park n Ride in Newark by 9pm.

If you are not interested in attending the walk, you may visit one of the many local tourist sights or museums before meeting back for the bus departure at 6pm.
