Virtual Workshop: Transitioning to Adulthood

This workshop will be presented by Lauren Gillespie, the Transition Social Work Coordinator for the Transition PLAN Program (Planning for Life After Nemours).
She has her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of social work experience. She has spent the majority of her career as a medical social worker, primarily with patients transitioning to adulthood who also have special health care needs. She will speak about transition to adulthood in general and as it relates to these domains:
